How to bask in the bliss of this Libra Full Moon

Today for the Full Moon in Libra on March 23 I'm going to be channeling as usual for you AND for me, but instead of words I'm feeling in my body the fullness, the life, the beauty of this Libra Spring Equinox Full Moon (or Fall Equinox Full Moon for those in the Southern Hemisphere which includes my Libran brother Gary!) As you meditate for this Full Moon allow yourself to simply FEEL the fullness of the Libra vibe. Be in it...allow it...don't fight it...welcome it...feel the balance of light and dark.

Tend your spring garden (even if it's still snowy) or watch the fall leaves changing, changing. Write a few words ~ call it a poem. Bask in the bliss of a shared moment. Allow your cells to breathe in the stillness if only for a moment. Know you are free in that moment. Bless yourself and your work today. Then pass it on.

How to meditate with crystals for healing and joy

Lately I've been spending more time with my crystals in meditation. I hold them up to my third eye using my non-dominant and more intuitive left hand as I attempt to 'speak with stones'. Some of the messages I received are included below. I hope that these images of my spring altar and stones inspire you to pick up your own crystals and spend more time with them. Not everyone can 'hear' the stones speak but with practice you may start to get an intuitive sense or feeling from them. More information is included below including my favorite crystal resources.

Meditating with green calcite this morning brought clarity and peace and a vision of the bigger picture connected with my heart chakra opening me to possibilities that flow with ease and beauty.

As I work with the stones I focus focus focus honing in on deep inner truth and then I pull a Lefty Oracle card and it brings me back to the playful spirit that is me in the world.

My morning meditation with this stone brought beauty love kindness and tears to wash away the hurt… We NEED each other and we also need to be strong alone… that balance is World Peace - melt into the joy of THAT! I’m not sure what kind of stone this is but that’s what it told me ♥ blessings ♥

About stones and crystals: If you are not able to purchase the stones I have suggested, you can instead work from a picture of the stone or envision the color of the stone. To cleanse your crystals (before and after working with them) it's a good idea to hold them under running water (unless they're super delicate), smudge them with sage, or leave them out in the moonlight (sunlight too, if they're not fadeable.)
How to work with stones and crystals: The best way to work with a stone is to buy a raw or tumbled stone at a local new age store, gem and mineral museum shop or online. You can also work from a photograph or with the color associated with the stone by visualizing it in your mind's eye. You can wear stones as jewelry, or you can carry one in your pocket. You can sleep with a stone under your pillow or hold it in your hand and just sit quietly in a contemplative or meditative way. You can also hold a stone up to your third eye (between your eyebrows) and listen for what it has to say to you. I call this ‘speaking with stones’ because I believe that crystals are transmit messages from our Angels.

How to Tell If You're Getting the Best Psychic Reading Ever

In my humble opinion as an experienced soul reader and as a recipient of many psychic readings over the years, a good psychic, spiritual reading shifts one's energy on a deep cellular level so that one is able to sense things in a new way and with greater understanding of oneself, one's relationships and the world. A good psychic, soul reading should also leave you with at least ONE gold nugget of wisdom that deeply resonates with you and stays with you for the rest of your life acting as a touchstone for your soul.

A good spiritual reading should also provide you with tools to help you help yourself so that you don't rely on a psychic or guide to do that for you. A psychic reading is not a crutch or a bandaid.

Unlike a therapist, you CAN get what you need in a single session. That session can play out in a myriad of ways depending on your needs at the moment.

Sometimes a psychic, soul reading will involve experiential exercises, training or teaching. Sometimes it's mostly guidance and talking and sometimes a spirit guide or ancestor will come through to help out.

Psychic readings can be matter-of-fact or they may involve, deep, mystical truths sheathed in mystery or disguised as a story. Or a psychic may share their own personal story if relevant.

Often the nugget or jewel within a reading will come in the first few minutes and then be expanded upon during the reading. Sometimes the truth in a reading isn't understood untillater, perhaps even months or years later when one reviews the reading.

Sometimes simplicity is best in a reading; just the 'bare bones' which may at first appear like too little information, but in fact proves to be quite profound, as simple things often are. A lot of words in a reading does not a reading make and in fact a wordy reading may just be repeating the same thing over and over in different ways.

So, to sum things up, look out for these key points in a good psychic, spiritual, soul reading:

A key phrase that deeply resonates.
1. At least one tool that you can use to help you help yourself; a reading or reader is NOT a crutch.
2. If it feels wrong to you pay attention, a reading is never set in stone - trust your own good sense and intuition first and foremost.
