Creative Soul Expressive Body Movement Challenge: Hot is the flame. You ARE the flame. Stand, or sit up very tall; feeling yourself becoming the flame as you burn, waver like a flame, melt wax, dance, jig in place, alight!  How does that feel?  Don't just describe it, but rather DO IT; move or dance or sway - feel it, feel it, feel it.  Go into your body and ask it what it needs right now.

My experience: I swayed gently in place and felt my eyes burning.  I wanted to burn with passion and a vision for change. I wanted to cut through the bullshit and touch the heart through radical acts of love; transforming nations, killing haters; their hate turning inwards and onto themselves as they are no longer able to hurt others. My vision burns white and it heals, it cleanses, it transforms. I open my palms and I feel no heat...I am one with the flame. I pray and send thanks to the Divine for this teaching.
