Goddess Series (2014-present)

I resonate deeply with goddess herstory; the hidden, the suppressed, the unspoken. As an adoptee I experienced the trauma of losing my mother before she could see me or hold me and the gift of finding another. Through my work as an artist, teacher, writer and soul guide I seek to remember, to heal, make whole and holy.

“Deeper always deeper, darker ever darker.” We hold within us a deep body memory of who we are. We are so much more than what our patriarchal society dictates, especially as women. We are faerie, goddess, trickster, spirit animal, wise woman, witch. Let us never forget. We are not a label, a corporate brand, a commodity, lesser than. We are mystery, magic, light and dark and that still, quiet place in between where poetry grows.
