It feels so exciting, like a breath of fresh, clean, ocean air to shift the focus of this museletter to my paintings; where magic and mystery and mermaids sing.

As I prepare for my first big art show after a break: the San Diego Festival of the Arts (I'm in booth 918) and massively re-organize my LuLu in Laguna series of beachey, silk art cats, dogs, mermaids and fairy art for the show painted during my 7 years in Laguna Beach I can feel their salty, sunny, sweet and happy energy fill my life again and spill out into the universe.

Who Are You on a Primal Level? Reclaim Your Power, A Sun Blessing

As I channeled a message today for a podcast I tuned into the Sun plus, hey, it’s Leo Season! The host asked me if I had a message so I pulled a lefty card (see left) and tuned into the healing powers of the Sun and how important it is for healing, body, mind and soul. Allow yourself to feel the heat and warmth and healing Vitamin D rays of the Sun bathe your body (for at least 10 minutes a day), knowing that there is absolutely nothing else you need to do but absorb, heal and be blessed by the light.

In my current museletters, my subscribers may be wondering what the heck I’m up to because I’m simply sharing my poetry and a painting from my new series of Non Binary Nude Aliens and nothing else.

I’m giving you all a break! A break from everything, and a chance to sink into a healing poem and a painting, to sink into the moment, and be renewed.

Right now it feels like a good time to focus on our mental health as this pandemic continues to drag on and the ‘new normal’ is something we’re all figuring out. Allow yourself time and space to simply BE.

For me this is a mermaid time. Time to feel into who I am at a primal level, a level that resonates with my inner child BEFORE commerce became the be-all, end-all.

Today is like that for me as I write to you. The oracle cards I pulled helped me with that and in turn I share them here.

I’ve been stretched so thin all week, showing one of our rental properties using Facebook Marketplace, something new for me. I had ALOT to learn about boundaries and protection to keep myself safe dealing with the general public after so long.

Self Love in Action
When I finished a client’s Ancestor Reading the other day I especially enjoyed SOAKING up the energy, healing and love and simply BATHING in that otherworldly realm for as long as possible.

I picked Yarrow and meditated with my ancestors, especially Marie Louise Dupont, my birth great grandmother from Brittany, France who I'd never had the chance to commune with before but she felt stalwart, milky and warm like new cream.
