During this Moon-Time you may outwardly find yourself keeping up with tradition, but inwardly longing to withdraw, engage with spirit, be free, rebel, or even get annoyed. But you maintain a positive front with some help from Capricorn (aka. Ms. Self Control) as the Sun enters the sign of Capricorn on Friday ushering in the Solstice at 2:23 pm pacific time. Let It Out - Taurus Moon Vibes - Dec. 18-20

Mama Moon enters the earthy, sensual sign of Taurus the Bull on Dec. 18 at 1:37 am pacific time until Dec. 20.

As the Moon waxes from First Quarter to Gibbous so too do our intentions that we planted at the New Moon.

If you’re creative (and EVERYONE is), now is a good time to put your whole self into your work. If you’re feeling broken, let it out and into the work. With Moon trining Saturn and Pluto, the intensity you may be feeling can now be expressed and will provide you with the strength you need to get through a tough time.

On a spiritual note, take this creative/personal/cathartic work to another level and ask the Divines, or your higher power, or Mother Nature how you can turn this work into an offering to a deeper, higher power.

Allow Transition: Aries Moon Dec. 15-18

Mama Moon enters the pioneering, soldier-on sign of Aries on Dec. 15 at 4:44 pm pacific time until Dec. 18.

As we begin our march toward the big transition time-of-year, either the longest, darkest day (in the northern hemisphere) or the the shortest, brightest day (southern hemisphere), so too does our very being begin to prepare on a Moon-Level ie. on an emotional, comfort level.

We are still sprouting and growing our New Moon wishes, but the great darkness (or brightness) ahead looms LARGE. Instead of trying to figure out what this all means, simply allow TRANSITION to happen, as you watch from the sidelines, keeping the balance.

On a spiritual note, this may indeed feel like a push-pull, see-saw time of the moonth, but work with that magic by seeing all sides, in the hopes that you’ll see YOURSELF in a whole new light.

Fake It 'Til You Make It: Moon in Pisces Dec. 13-15

Mama Moon enters the dreamy, creative sign of Pisces on Dec. 13 at 4:40 am pacific time until Dec. 15.

This is a SPROUT MOON-TIME so whatever intention you set at the New Moon, it now begins to sprout. This is a quarter moon phase so watch for her lovely face to rise in the sky in the late afternoon, early evening.

If there’s some lofty goal you’ve set yourself this moonth, now’s a good time to try faking it until you make it, as the saying goes. Mercury has just entered Sagittarius so we’ve got even more help seeing the BIG PICTURE.

Self Care + Healing Time: Aquarius Moon Dec. 10-13

Mama Moon enters the analytical rebel’s sign of Aquarius on Dec. 10 at 3:39 pm pst until Dec. 13 at 2:39 am.

Emotionally this is a fairly feel-good Moon-Time although you may find yourself feeling overly protective of loved ones so try not to over-indulge your ego by forcing them to follow your truth with a capital “T”. You are not god/dess. Your loved one may need to take responsibility for their own self care and healing for it to actually work.

On a spiritual note try focusing that do-good energy into the study of others you admire who are successfully practicing great tolerance and love.
