Take a moment during this New Moon to go within and give thanks for all the treasures in your life now. Use the 5 elements: Earth, Air, Fire, Water, Spirit to help you tap into these treasures. Here are mine.
Earth Treasure: I treasure the land I live on. I'm in the countryside of Southern California near the Temecula Wine Region and I'm surrounded by ancient oaks and an elfin forest.
Air Treasure: I treasure the clouds that happen infrequently here, so are appreciated even more.
Fire Treasure: I treasure the creative spark within all beings; our connection with Source.
Water Treasure: I treasure the deep, nurturing, underground creeks that run underneath our land supplying our ten ancient Oaks with sustenance.
Spirit Treasure: I treasure YOU, the Divine God/dess within each of us.

Big news moon musers! My new Spirit Animal website has launched! As many of you already know, I'm in the middle of a big home and 5 acre property renovation project that began in September and my husband and myself are doing all the work ourselves!
So, it's been a huge shift in direction for me from the previous 8 years when I was basically alone at home all week in the countryside with my 2 dogs for company while my husband worked in Orange County. This gave me heaps of time to meditate, give soul readings, pursue my shamanic studies and spend time in nature.
Now, I find myself with only a tiny pocket of time to pursue my passions and so my art has moved to the forefront. Of course I combine my love for the magical, mystical realms and being of service with my love for painting intuitively and VOILA, poetry, pets, elves and wild creatures in watercolor and gouache spew forth.
My Spirit Animal series began in 2016 and initially I thought it would end at 52 paintings (the # of images in my Lefty Oracle Deck) but I CAN'T STOP!!! The magic and luv continue to pour forth and so I kindly and graciously share it all with you. Thank you, as always for your support.

To begin I'll share a little something about me: I'm 52...I'm Canadian and American...I fell in love with color and creating (everything! but esp. painting women) when I was knee high to a grasshopper...I've been a soul reader for the past 8 years...I'm in love with the mystical magical faery elf celtic shamanic pagan witchy realms...but I keep things LIGHT (yet deep)...I've created an oracle deck (the Lefty Oracles) based upon 17 years of drawing with my non dominant hand and 8 years of giving readings...my latest adventure and passion are my SPIRIT ANIMALS...and that is what I'll be sharing with you today.
