Take a moment to get relaxed and comfortable. Next, I want you to envision the one thing right now that could bring you the most peace, calm and quiet contentment.

Imagine yourself there, right there; allowing all your senses to open up and receive the bounty in deep gratitude.

Breathe into this contemplation knowing that you are well loved just for being you - that is enough. Always.

Repeat these words: "I am enough. ALWAYS" until your whole body is smiling.

When ready, breathe out more gratitude; for Mother Nature and for your guides and the signs that guide you.
