Spirit Animal Guided Meditation

Go deep within and find the element (Earth, Air, Fire, Water) that calls out to you and be in that element.

Become one with that element with the help of a spirit animal. Allow yourself to see/hear/feel it's presence. What kind of animal is it?

Ask your spirit animal if you can journey with it to experience this element. then fly, swim, walk, trot, slither along with your spirit animal. What do you see, hear, feel, taste?

Ask your element/spirit animal to guide you to your gift; a treasure just for you. What is it?

Be with your gift - understand it - allow yourself to experience it clearly. What is your gift?

Ask a question - pick one thing you would like to know more about in relation to your gift. Ask your spirit animal for help if you're stuck.

To end, journey back to where you started and thank your spirit animal and the Divine (the Universe, your higher self, etc) for their guidance.

Foxy Magick: Her elfin spirit was irreversibly charmed by Red Fox, her familiar. With him, she was always the guiding Star Forever. She WAS Nature; fertile, creative, a mystic. And for this she would happily move onward, sated and at peace.

Take a chance, be silly and laugh at yourself now and then. It can be healing for body and soul. Name one silly thing that you spotted someone you admire saying or doing recently. What was so daring or amusing about it? Now, dare yourself to do something similar or pair up with a dare devil partner and dare each other. Document the experience and share it with others, encouraging them to do the same and describe how it helped you in the process.

Capricorn Full Moon: The Garden Is Within

During this Capricorn Full Moon on July 8, 2017 feel safe trusting that God/dess or your higher power has your back.

In my own life, I'm learning what it means to come into my power as a Crone, at age 51. I've gone through menopause (early) and have come out the other side; wiser and more fulfilled. I've finished three years of training and initiation into Third Road Celtic Faerie Shamanism with Francesca De Grandis and I feel fantastic; more grounded, strong and beautiful and ready to help others do the same. It hasn't been easy (of course), but we all age, grow up and then give back. I give you my paintings (my heart and soul) and my wisdom and intuitive knowing with thanks to the Divine through my soul readings and past life readings.
