The imagination demands to be materialized, there’s nothing we can do about it. We walk with the Sun and the Sun shines with us.

Take a moment to be still and present. Be with your emotions. Take a pen or marker and using your non-dominant hand draw how that feels.

What did you draw? I drew a teardrop.

Now, close your eyes again and using your imagination go into your drawing and explore. Write down your feelings and what you discovered. I found myself lying in the base of my teardrop as if it were a hammock and it was peaceful there. Now, write down an I AM affirmation to help empower this Full Moon in Cancer Time for yourself.

How to Create a Love Talisman for the Capricorn New Moon

Breathe in, Breathe out.
Repeat.

My joy can be found within.

For this New Moon I'd like to focus attention on peace and love.
Where is the love?
Feel it within.
If you've gone off track in your life lately then reach out and find your talisman. If you don't have one choose a special rock or crystal as your talisman and then hold it in both hands to feel it's earthy energy. Simply sit with your stone and find stillness within allowing the rock to soothe, guide, and heal you. When ready hold your rock up to your third eye (between your eyebrows and a little above) using your non dominant hand and request guidance from the Divine or from Nature or from your higher self. Journal what you receive and please comment below if you dare!

The stone I'm working with today is a Peach Moonstone gifted to me this week by an artist friend of mine. This lovely stone said to me: "Sink down, down, down into the earth, into deep inner peace and find sustenance. Drink and replenish and repeat whenever you are feeling depleted.
